3. Estimates & Pricing
Free estimates provided online or by phone are preliminary and subject to change upon physical inspection. Final pricing is determined after in-person assessment. We are not liable for price discrepancies between preliminary estimates and final costs.
4. Repair Authorization
No repair work begins without your written authorization, consistent with California Business and Professions Code §9884.9 (Bureau of Automotive Repair). We will not exceed any agreed estimate without your prior written or verbal consent.
5. Insurance Claims
We assist customers with insurance claims as a courtesy. We make no guarantees regarding claim outcome, approval, or settlement amount. Final settlement is between you and your insurance carrier.
6. Storage Fees
Vehicles left on our premises beyond the agreed pickup date may be subject to storage fees. You will be notified in writing before any fees are applied.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Genesis Collision Center shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes, submit false or misleading information, or interfere with the site's operation. Automated submissions and spam are prohibited.
