Our Commitment

Genesis Collision Center is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone.

Standards

We strive to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, referenced in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California Civil Code §51 (Unruh Civil Rights Act).

Measures Taken

  • Semantic HTML5 landmarks for screen reader navigation
  • All form inputs have associated visible labels
  • Keyboard-navigable with visible focus indicators
  • Skip navigation link at top of page
  • Color contrast meets WCAG 2.1 AA minimums (4.5:1 for body text)
  • Decorative elements use aria-hidden; meaningful images have alt text
  • ARIA roles and live regions used throughout

Known Limitations

Third-party content such as embedded Google Maps may not fully comply with WCAG 2.1 AA. We welcome feedback on any barriers encountered.
