Your Kia warranty and body repair
Kia's factory warranty in the U.S. (per Kia):
| Basic | 5 years / 60,000 miles |
|---|---|
| Powertrain | 10 years / 100,000 miles (original owner) |
| Anti-perforation (rust-through) | 5 years / 100,000 miles |
Collision damage is not a warranty repair — it is paid by you or your auto insurance. Choosing an independent body shop does not by itself void your Kia warranty. Keep your repair invoice. More: Does an independent body shop void your Kia warranty?
Kia stolen or broken into?
Certain 2011–2022 Kia models without engine immobilizers became a target for thieves. Recovered cars often have a broken window and a damaged steering column. We inspect the car for free, document all damage for your insurance, and repair the body and paint. Our guide: What to do if your Kia was stolen or broken into in LA.
Electric Kias
We do body work and paint on the Niro EV, EV6 and EV9, as we do on other electric vehicles.
