Frequently asked questions
Do I have to use the dealer's body shop?
No. You can choose any licensed repair shop. Under California Insurance Code Section 758.5, your insurance company also cannot require a specific shop.
Will repairing my car at an independent shop void my factory warranty?
Using an independent body shop does not by itself void your factory warranty. A federal law, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, generally prevents manufacturers from requiring that you use dealer service. Keep your repair invoice for your records.
Do you repair hybrids?
Yes. We do body work and paint on hybrid models like the Prius, Camry Hybrid and RAV4 Hybrid.
