We work with your insurance company
Our team knows how adjusters work. We document the damage, send photos and estimates, and communicate directly with your insurer, so you do not have to explain everything again and again.
Claims we handle
- At-fault claims β your insurer pays for the repair, minus your deductible. We handle their requirements and documents.
- Not-at-fault claims β we bill the other driver's insurer directly.
- Uninsured motorist (UM) β hit by someone without insurance? We help you work through a UM claim under your own policy.
- Comprehensive claims β hail, theft, vandalism, flooding and other non-collision damage.
- Every insurance company β we work with all insurers. We are independent and not tied to any insurer's network, so we work for you.
- Rental car coordination β we coordinate rental coverage through your claim, so you can keep moving during the repair.
You choose your shop. It is California law. Under California Insurance Code Section 758.5, you have the right to choose any licensed auto body repair shop. Your insurance company cannot require you to use a specific shop. Read more: Do I have to use my insurance's preferred shop?

Frequently asked questions
Do you accept all insurance?
Yes. We work with all insurance companies. We are an independent shop with no special contracts with insurers, so our job is to repair your car right β not to cut costs for the insurer.
Will I pay anything out of pocket?
For a not-at-fault claim, the other driver's insurer should pay. For an at-fault or comprehensive claim, you normally pay your deductible. Final coverage is decided by your insurance company.
Can I skip insurance and pay myself?
Yes. For small repairs many customers prefer this to avoid a claim. We will give you a free estimate so you can compare it with your deductible.
Do you guarantee my claim will be approved?
No shop can. We assist as a courtesy and make sure your damage is fully documented, but the final decision is between you and your insurer.
